Description: A jutsu that is a rather helpful medical technique. The user will charge their hands with lightning chakra and touch the enemies chest sending a powerful shock to their body. This can also be used to aid someone as it works the same way as a defibrillator and can bring a persons stopped heart back to life.

RP Sample: The rogue ninja charged mezuki a swordi n his hand attempting to stab him in his shoulder. Mezuki quickly ducked his hand beginning to glow a bright yellow as lightning chakra collected in his palm he then lunged at the ninja thrusting his lightning charged hand into the chest of the ninja sending a powerful jolt of electricity to his heart killing him.

Description: The user of this jutsu will preofmr a short string of handsigns as a very thin mist will begin to come from their mouth. This mist has a healing ability that can heal wounds in short periods of time as long as people are standing in them. The range of the mist can be changed by the user as well as be manipulated by the user.

RP Sample: Mezuki took a step back attempting to dodge the togue ninja attempting to stab him quick strafing to the side but still suffering a rather large gash on the side of his arm. Preforming a quick string of handsigns a very pale mist began to spray from his mouth and then cover his body healing his wound slowly.

Description: After preforming a string of handsigns the user creates a small or large cloud above an area that begins to rain a special white glowing rain that heals whatever wounds it enters.

Rp Sample: Mezuki preformed a quick string of handsigns a large cloud beginning to form over a village of injured people and ninja. As it began to rain mezuki called them out but the rain was not normal the clouds were glowing white. The wounds of the injured begin to slowly close up and regenerate as if they had never been wounded in the first place.

i only used it as a poison mist in the example because i wasent thinking about putting it on a senbon and throwing it and also in mist form that means that i can be effected by it too

You can't make a Jutsu similer to a Canon Jutsu.
